Full time Front Desk Office Coordinator
This position includes preparing patients' electronic medical records, working with patients' medical insurance plans, completing financial transactions and patients' scheduling.
As a full time team member you are offered: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Also offered is paid holidays, paid vacation and a 401K plan.
An eight week training program is provided to insure you are prepared to complete the tasks within your position with confidence.
Candidates must be personable, contribute to a positive work atmosphere while being a successful team member, and enjoy helping patients and other team members. Able to work in a fast-paced medical office while maintaining attention to detail. Customer service experience and or fluent in Spanish are both a plus.
