Patient Rep

Central Texas Pediatric Orthopedics is looking for a full-time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Patient Rep to join our exceptional team! We offer a fun and collaborative environment with excellent benefits including paid health insurance, time off, and retirement plan.

With locations in Austin, Cedar Park, Westlake, Four Points, and South Austin, we are a team of over fifty committed folks, including an amazing group of over 65 talented professionals all focused on taking care of the orthopedic needs of Central Texas children.

The day in the life of a Patient Representative:

Each day you will be responsible for scheduling patients on the phone and in person, checking patients in/out, verifying insurance, collecting/posting payments, and other administrative duties. You will have the opportunity to meet new people each day and welcome them to the CTPO family!

Here's the fine print:

• We need a detailed-oriented individual with a professional appearance and stable work history.
• Working knowledge of health insurance.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year medical office and or customer service experience.
