Physician Assistant - Full Time - Call and Clinic Role

The day in the life of a Physician Assistant:

This position includes clinic hours and on-call coverage. Clinic shifts include H&Ps, cast application and removal, consultation, small procedures such as pin removal; patient evaluation, reviewing test results, etc. Call coverage includes covering the ER for two hospitals (central and north Austin) for orthopaedic consults, reductions and hospital rounding.

Qualified applicants with the following should apply:

• Orthopedic and hospital experience preferred
• At least one year experience as a PA
• Licensed or in the process of obtaining Texas licensure
• NCCPA certified
• Graduate of an accredited PA program
• A sense of humor!
