Surgery and Authorization Coordinator

Pediatric subspecialty office is looking for a full-time, experienced surgery coordinator and authorization specialist. We offer a fun and collaborative environment with excellent benefits including paid health insurance, time off, and retirement plan.

This position includes scheduling surgeries with the hospital, obtaining insurance authorizations, communicating surgery appointment details to the patient and calculating surgical estimates.

This position requires a detailed-oriented individual with a professional appearance and stable work history. Working knowledge of health insurance and authorizations is a must.
